1.1 Introduction BBA IT Department

The IT Department (in the following referred to as BBF-4) of BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. (in the following referred to as BBA) responsible for the operation of the whole IT infrastructure and the application & operational support for all systems implemented on-site in two locations in Shenyang and Beijing.

1.2 Motivation
There are a lot of devices installed in BBA, and BBF-4 want to monitor the status at 7*24*365. If something happened, the alarm email will be send to the special email box or email box group. IT guys will maintain the IT devices as soon as possible.

1.3 Scope
BBF-4 planned to set up an inside SMS platform to transfer the email of special email box (/group) to short messages. Then pre-defined cell phone users will receive the short messages. The short messages content should be the subject of the email.
